Junior Development Coach required

(Part Time Position)

Ringwood Diving Club (RDC) is seeking an additional diving coach.
 

About the role

We are looking for an accredited coach, to help train our approximately
180 active divers and help us deliver the best club-based programme within Australia.

You will work closely with Head Coach and Operations Manager. Our focus is on having
happy, successful athletes to achieve our clubs’ vision: developing champions in life
through diving.

About RDC

RDC was established in 1986 and has a fantastic record of achievement as a club. RDC
has won many club awards of the years, and has produced multiple Australian diving
representatives over the past 30-odd years.

RDC is based at Aquanation in Ringwood, Victoria. We operate out of a state-of-the-art
diving facility with the best dryland facility in Victoria, and one of the best in Australia.
We have 3 x 1m springboards, 4 x 3m springboards, as well as 1, 3, 5, 7.5 and 10 m
platforms, with water harnesses. RDC also has satellite clubs that allow greater exposure
to talented athletes in Melbourne’s Eastern suburbs.

The position will consist of up to 26 hours coaching plus admin.
