TEENAGERS & ADULT CLASSES
Calling ex-gymnasts, dancers, trampolinists - did you know - you already have what it takes to become an elite sprIngboard diver! We have many young adults come across from gymnastics, and within months are training for State and National level diving.

RDC is now accommodating regional and country divers who travel from a distance to get to the pool. With this in mind longer classes have been organised at more convenient times for those travelling from country locations.
