</B>Ringwood Aquatic Centre, Jubilee Park, Greenwood Ave, Ringwood.</div> <bR> <div> <B>Requirements:</B>  The only requirement to dive at Ringwood Diving Club is that you are a minimum of 5 years old and must be able to swim confidently in deep water.  If you've done trampolining or gymnastics before, then you'll already have some of the skills necessary to become a first class springboard or to make an appointment.</B></div> <bR> <bR> <bR> <div> <B>Details:</B></div> <div> RDC normal Dive School Classes run for 45 minutes.</div> <div> Try Outs are usually incorporated into a normal class, where the diver will participate in warm up and dry land training for approx 15 minutes before doing activities on the side of the pool and then off the 1 metre board. </div> <div> During the Try Out the Coach will observe flexibility, strength and diving ability taking into account any previous experience.</div> <div> Please inform the Coach of any previous experience in any of the following sports: diving, gymnastics, tumbling, sports acro, dance or swimming. </div> <div> The Coach will then recommend the most appropriate class and give you options of days and times available.</div> <div> Once you have decided that diving is for you, all RDC registrations must be done online. </div> <bR> <div> <B>Due to insurance requirements registration must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to commencement of class</B>.</div> <bR> <div> <B>Normal pool entry fees apply and are paid upon entry to the pool.
