All RDC "Squad" Divers are required to be a full RDC Member.

All RDC Dive School participants pay on a term by term basis, which is reflected in the term registration fee, there is no requirement for Dive School divers to be full club members unless they participate in competitions.

VDA Membership is only required for RDC divers competing at State level or above.

You do not need to be a VDA Member to compete at "club" run competitions. Melam, Whitehorse and Ringwood run comps only require you to be a "Club" member, not VDA member.

You do not need to be a VDA member to participate in the Pennant competition.

All divers training at MSAC must be VDA Members.

Ringwood divers that train with Christian at MSAC must be VDA Members as well as club members.

RDC Second Tier Members are divers from other clubs wishing to also train at Ringwood, either on a casual or permanent basis.

Normal pool entry fees apply and are paid upon entry to the pool. This is separate to the Diving Club.

Due to insurance requirements, registration and payment must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to commencement of class.

Once submitted a receipt will be emailed to your nominated email address.

Please bring a copy with you to the first diving session in term 3.

*If you intend to compete in VDA Competitions throughout the year you must also be a VDA Member. Check with your coach if you are unsure.

A second tier diver is a diver who is registered at another diving club and represents that club at competitons and not Ringwood.

Second tier members are divers that wish to use our classes and coaches to improve their diving. They may train on a casual basis or as many times as they like during the year.

They must pre-register online for all classes. If coming for a short period of time, just one or two casual sessions, please choose the "Casual Session Registration" page. Cost is $15.00 per casual session.

If coming on a regular basis for a term, please pre-register via the "Class Registration" page.

Full RDC Members are given priority if a class becomes full, even if a Second tier diver is booked in for the term, if demand is there by full RDC members, the Second tier member may be asked to change session times. Priority is given to full members.

A Second tier RDC diver, diving casually, (not consistantly and less than twice a week), may compete at RDC Club Championships by invitation only and is not eligible for RDC Club awards.

A second tier diver diving at Ringwood consistantly for the past 6 months, 2 or more times a week may compete in RDC Club Championships and be eligible for Club awards.

Perpetual Club Awards - A diver must have competed at a competition for "Ringwood" to be included in the running for any Perpetual club awards. Divers who competed for other clubs during the year are not eligible.
