Additional training time is offered to Foley Squad along with a more structured training regime and competitive schedule. Entry to this squad is attainable through an excellent level of competence at Age Group level competition both State and Nationally. At this level divers will be working at the Training to Compete stage of the Long Term Athlete Development framework.</div> <bR> <div> <B>Entry Criteria</B></div> <div> <B>Head Coach invitation only</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>Requirements</B></div> <div> At least 2 weekday morning sessions per week</div> <div> At least 6 other sessions per week</div> <div> Membership to Ringwood Diving Club</div> <div> Attendance at Club Activities</div> <div> Commitment to Competitions</div> <div> Membership to Victorian Diving Association</div> <bR> <div> Personal Training Equipment </div> <div>      Chamois</div> <div> Drinks bottle</div> <div>      Dry Land Kit - Shoes, Shorts and T-shirts</div> <bR> <div> <B>Additional Information</B></div> <div> Divers in this squad must also show safe practice and pool discipline in training sessions. The progress of each diver will be monitored on regular basis by the Head Coach and movements within the squad structure may be made.
