The aim is to help fast track divers to Elite level diving competitions and beyond. At this stage divers will be working at the Learning to Train stage of the Long Term Athlete Development Framework.  </div> <bR> <div> <B>Entry Criteria</B></div> <div> Divers must pass the RDC Awards Poolside Grade Five and Board Skills Grade One.</div> <div> <B>Must be </B><B>invited</B><B> </B><B>by the Head Coach.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>Requirements</B></div> <div> 2 or more afternoon training sessions per week</div> <div> Membership to Ringwood Diving Club</div> <div> Attendance at Club Activities</div> <bR> <div> <B>Personal Training Equipment </B></div> <div>      Chamois</div> <div>      Drinks bottle</div> <div>      Dry Land Kit - Shoes, Shorts and T-shirts</div> <bR> <div> <B>Additional information</B></div> <div> Divers in this squad must also show safe practice and pool discipline in training sessions. The progress of each diver will be monitored on regular basis by the Head Coach and movements within the squad structure may be made.
