The awards scheme is a fun activity to bridge the gap between swimming lessons and the diving squads, or as an alternative to swimming lessons. This exciting introduction to diving builds water confidence and works on fundamental skills like posture, balance, rotation, body awareness and develop skills for springing, preparing the diver to
