Eastland Expo a success, RDC supports Maroondah City Council

The Maroondah Council's exhibition at Eastland on Thursday 26th August was well attended by RDC's representatives, the Mayor and Councillors, the CEO and the Director of Community and Leisure Services and by many other council's officers.
Helen Hillard, SEO of Diving Victoria also attended on the day.  A great display featured details of the proposed Maroondah Regional  Aquatic and Leisure facility with the diving complex and dry land centre as a centre piece.  A big thank you to everyone who helped!!

Ex RDC's divers selected for Commonwealth Games - Delhi 2010

Four ex R.D.C.'s divers have been selected to represent Australia at the Commonwealth Games later this year in Delhi.
James Connor, Jaele Patrick, Grant Nel and Anabelle Smith, all ex Ringwood Diving Club divers, have made it in the final team that will represent Australia at the upcoming games in Delhi, India.
Well done to all and we are proud to have been associated with their success. Congratulations from all of us at R.D.C.
So, to all divers, ' if you can dream it, you can achieve it'!!!


 

Much more than diving! An 'Ode to the diving boards'.

It is a fact that sport is good forthe development of healthy bodies in young children.  It is also known the old saying ' A healthy mind in a healthy body'.  Our young diver Isobel Weston has taken this to the next level, and penned a beautiful poem to reflect her love for the sport.

RDC SLOGAN COMPETITION ENTER NOW!!
Ringwood Diving Club does not currently have a slogan that depicts what we stand for as a club.
As a result the RDC is running a competition to select the slogan
to be used going forward on our marketing material and signage around the club.
Please keep them to a few words and send them to:

The winning Entry will receive a RDC pool towel.
